this is just for starters and maybe has to be adjusted for different games, but it handles endianess correctly and stuff: (its far from complete so feel free to add to it)



some tips for starters:

check out how serializing works in unreal: here
then take this and this to readin the table structures and data
after you have done this, you need to figure out each object format (for each class once), you can use all infos from this forum

alot developer obfuscate formats, so you cant open them in udk, most of the times they add random data, like int32 between structures

I hope that helps a bit to start :P
