ME3 won't create a tree structure for 1 or 2

I'm not sure exactly where to post this question, so I figured Mess Hall; someone surely can help me or tell me where I should post it in these forums.
I have DL'd ALOT ME2 and want very much to install it. I opened ME3 Exp 2.0 and it did the DLC unpacking....I have included parts of my 600+ page debug file...
I opened Texplorer and it told me it couldn't find any trees would I like to create one? I clicked yes. Took it a bit, but it finally came up with a tree structure for ME3...
Long story short, ME3X has created a usable tree structure for ME3, but it seems unwilling to do so for ME1 or 2. The little "Games" & "trees" spot in the upper right corner...where it says 1 2 3 for each and if it is found it is green, if not found it is in red. The help text says to click on the numbers in order to change which game you are dealing with, but I cannot for the life of me click on any of the numbers, or the words "games" or "trees."

What am I doing wrong that I cannot get ME3 Explorer to create tree structs for 1 or 2?

Thank you for the info Giftfish. I apologize that I did not read through everything I should have; thanks for your help.

I thought in case anyone else had this problem I would mention what happened....I did have to change the Mass Effect 2 folder to undo the "read only" but the bigger problem was that for some reason, ME3X was not showing the full "Modding ME3" button to the right of the red/green letters. I don't know why, because I maximized it and everything, but I finally just clicked what I could see of that spot (because I couldn't see the whole thing, it did not look like a button) and it popped up "ME2 tree not found, would you like to create one?"

Needless to say, I was very happy!!

Thank you giftfish, and from here on out I am reading every word of every documentation that I need to. :)

That's a monitor resolution problem we're battling with the toolset, unfortunately.

It doesn't affect all folks. What's your resolution?

It's a Dell XPS with a 17 inch screen. I'll have to pull it up on the tower (the monitor for the tower is our 40" TV, so I'll let you know what it looks like on there as soon I check.
