Somebody went through a lot of trouble to find all that. It's a good start.

Hm we should make a Save Game editing tool with all these options presented.
One of few surviving members of species that actually loved Mass Effect endings.

Well, I think I have a bit more comprehensive list (it should already include all known variables from around (BSN, that pastebin, etc.))

It should contain some stuff from Leviathan (like Husk head retrieved), though I haven't looked into Omega.

It also contains descriptions for various state transitions and conditionals. Plus it contains friendly names of NPCs (because as I said here, I couldn't find a way to retrieve string refs of NPCs programmatically - so I dumped characters' tags and manually assigned friendly name to them).
