ME3OTH binary

Postby WarrantyVoider » 26 Mar 2013, 09:31

This is a working compile of my testdll. The injector has a "offsets.txt" file in its folder, if the MD5 of your MassEffect3.exe isnt listed there (which is highly probable yet), please report back to here (and also maybe link your file). You can try to add your md5 yourself and try one of these known offsets, but please report your findungs too :D

Usage
1. Start Mass Effect
2. Open DLLInjector and press refresh (me3 should be autoselected)
3. press "..." button and open "ME3OTH.dll"
4. press Inject

then it should look like this
Image

if masseffect hasnt crashed, it should have a white line on the top left corner. now you can send testcommands to the hook and manipulate me3, so far I have implemented:

dump all
writes all objects to "ME3OTH.txt" in me3.exe folder

line on - line off
shows/hides the white line

move d l
moves player in direction d ("x","y" or "z") by distance l

have fun

I might be wrong but I think the version that is linked here is an old version.

Try this one It's also got a couple of new functions. Just type "help" into the hooking console to see them.

I was using the binary in this thread plus the newest dll.
Is there a newer version of the binary?

I just use the DLL injector which is in the latest svn updated version of ME3Explorer (in the tools menu). That should be the best one, I think.

yeah, me3ex now has dllinjector included, so you only need to get the dll from the link fob gave you. you can watch progress here: http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/me3-on-the-hook-t305.html

PS:from your md5 I know you have the latest patch version 5, all these offsets are included in the post aswell. me3ex has a subfolder "exec" and there a file called "offsets.txt" where you can add new md5s, but I guess yours is covered
