most stuff in packages has to be thought as classes, like the regular unreal classes you have in UDK. here I made a compare screenshot of how you know it from UDK's Content Explorer (UEExplorer actually on the left) and the display from pcced2:


as you can see, the display isnt as ordered as it could be yet, but understanding the structures is already possible IMO. btw, the default values you see for the "const" variables in the class text comes from the Default_*nameofclass* objects and their properties. in this case it would be Default_Actor
