I think the Mod Manager from FemShep also does that. If its what I think it is. Download this: http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/373/? Once you put it on your desktop run it and go under Tools and select Run AutoTOC on game.

@Elanie75 --

1. "Problem" is not a descriptive thread title and not conducive to getting help.
2. Do not cross post on the forum. Your other thread has been deleted.
3. If you don't understand how to perform a TOC, instructions can be found on the wiki.
4. If you're having problems installing a hair mod, contact the mod author.
5. Problems related to specific mods should be posted in Other People's Stuff. You may or may not receive help for these requests. We do not provide technical support for mods here.

You should check out Hair Mods as DLC. It's a much, much easier way to install hair mods, and there are a ton of them, so the hair mod you want is probably there.

Sorry, if I knew how to create a self installer that would edit the savegame, I'd do it, but it's just beyond what I can teach myself reading the tutorials. Too much scripting involved.

But, honestly, my Hair Mods as DLCs is incredibly easy to use. If you didn't try it, you should.
