The New Mod Spotlight Thread

With the upcoming closure of the Downloads board, this thread is the new way for mod creators to share basic information regarding the release (or update) of mods made with the toolset. Feel free to post screenshots and links to your host -- the same stuff folks had generally been posting in the OP of their Download threads. The community is of course free to respond with congrats and/or basic questions/feedback; posting certainly isn't restricted to mod creators. This thread is a global announcement, making it one of the most visible areas of the forum. Yay.

A quick reminder. Remember that this thread isn't a support area for your mod. If users have more than a couple basic questions, be sure to direct them to your mod's hosting site. If it's a development-related question, and you have a mod development thread here, then please direct them there instead. If possible, flag down a moderator (there will be new ones soon, promise) and they can relocate the OT post for you.

Looking forward to seeing some new releases :)

Well, let's inaugurate this thread, shall we ? I'll start with the latest update for ALOT, which takes it up to 3.3. It adds a bunch of bugfixes (the list would be too long to enter here^^) and introduces Coalesced presets for AMD and NVIDIA, included in the main downloads (7z, DDS, METPF).
This release also paves the way for version 4.0, which will be a very experimental version of ALOT, released alongside ALOT for ME2 (teasers :P). I won't tell more about it right now, as it is far from being ready :).

Download thread and support are on Nexus : http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/363/?

BackOff and ME3Recalibrated are Released!

After 17 months of development, I've finally released BackOff on Nexusmods.

And, if you're interested in BackOff, you'll definitely be interested in ME3Recalibrated, also on Nexusmods. ME3Re is a multiauthor mod by myself, JohnP, Kinkojiro, and AVPen.

I hope folks enjoy playing with them as much as I've enjoyed developing them. :) And, yes, I'll get more work done on the forums now, lol.

ALOT for ME3 4.0 is out !

As promised, here it is. This update adds 71 new textures, ported over from ME2 mods (among them JeanLuc's), and upscales 35 other with better versions. This is the last update of ALOT for ME3, unless new modders come. Support and maintenance will continue to be provided on Nexus.
Check it out here : http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/363/

ALOT for ME2 should follow soon, I'm waiting for some files from CDAMJC before publishing :).

ALOT for ME2 is finally finished !

A lot of people were waiting for this one, it is finally there. CDAMJC sent me the last files, I just finished building the mod and published it on Nexus. It is not as big as ALOT for ME3, but still a pretty nice compilation :).

Faster Elevators!

Hate how slow elevators are in Mass Effect? What am I saying, of course you do. Hate no longer, because I've fixed it.

Massive updates to ALOT for ME2 and ALOT for ME3

ALOT for ME2 2.0 and ALOT for ME3 5.0
This release couldn't exist without the CSV trees from KFreon and the spreadsheet mastery of AlvaroMe, thank you both !

Massive update :
- Ported 165 textures from ALOT ME2 and MEUITM to ALOT ME3.
- Ported 373 textures from ALOT ME3 and MEUITM to ALOT ME2.
Basically, there is A LOT of textures that are strictly identical between the 3 games (hash and name), and thus texture mods can often be used in more than one game. Some textures are only identical in name, but most of these can still be used in multiple games, with just a bit of tweaking. These ones I did on a case by case basis, with the help of spreadsheets from Alvaro.

General cleanup :
- Includes all previous bugfixes. Fixed a few more textures.
- Removed textures that stray too far from vanilla, textures that are the same as vanilla (don't ask me why they were included in the first place^^).
