@giftfish - Can't remember where you wanted this, but next pre-release.
Current from github i.e. contains all fixes known incl Sir's work.

I posted in the News thread, but here is fine :)

Also, I'm suspecting there's still going to be a problem with duplicates detection from your comment on Git. I responded there and re-opened the issue to make sure it's addressed.

@Kfreon -- FYI, hash matching in TPF Tools is hanging in the pre-build, specifically as it relates to file duplicates.

I posted on Git, but we'll need another pre-build, as it means 2 of the issues are still broken, and one I can't verify since I can't get past hash matching.

Alrighty then. I rewrote that duplicate code.
I can't believe it's worked this long. It was perhaps the worst code I've ever written.

Test build 3

LOLOL. Well... but it hasn't been working, we apparently just realized it now.

Okie, will test after breakfast :)

We have ONE new glitch, K.

Technically 292/294/296/305 are all fixed, but as I was testing them a new issue cropped up.

See Issue 296 for details. One more prebuild, ack.

OK, I made sure I was using v748 and installed my textures. Afterward, when the tool said it was creating TOC files I let it run for 5 hours while doing other things , to no avail. I finally rebuilt each TOC file in base game as well as each DLC and everything worked fine. With my limited knowledge,I am sorry I don't have more information. If you have questions, please let me know. BTW, the texture files were the ALOT mod, included over 2000 textures, hence my delay. Thank you for all the hard work you and your team do.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the problem could be. I've never had TOCing take longer than about 15s. If it takes longer there's something wrong. Without actual debug output there's nothing we can do.

Only thing that comes to mind is to make sure you have the latest NET framework update via Windows update. Not having that can cause unpredictable problems.

^ That or permissions issues, like a read-only ME3 folder, or issues with UAC if you have ME3 installed in the Program Files (x86) folder. Running ME3Explorer as administrator could help.
