I'm working on a little thing and in the core tlk for ME3, I found this. Guess someone sat on that joke for a bit and was able to get it in the Citadel DLC.

Haha, well it's good that they got it in eventually. IMO Joker's moment of glory is one of the funniest things in the game (tied with Grunt's noodle adventures of course :)).

Going along with the theme of interesting things in the game files, I found this enum while attempting to auto-generate classes for all in-game classes:

Code: Select all
      public enum EEndGameOption
      {
         EGO_ReapersDestroyedEarthDestroyed,
         EGO_ReapersDestroyedEarthDevastated,
         EGO_ReapersDestroyedEarthOk,
         EGO_ReapersDestroyedEarthOkShepardAlive,
         EGO_BecomeAReaperAndEarthDestroyedAndReapersLeave,
         EGO_BecomeAReaperAndEarthOkAndReapersLeave,
         EGO_HarmonyOfManAndMachine,
         EGO_Demo,
         EGO_None,
         EGO_MAX,
      }

I may be remembering it incorrectly, but destroy ending options aren't quite as granular as they are here are they?

No, that looks about right. If I read it right, it's 4 different tiers for destroy and all these scenarios are in the game AFAIK.

And lookie here, more stuff that made it to the Citadel DLC from the original script. Now I'm starting to think they were going for a more casual tone in ME3 than what we got. Those bosh'tets instead gave us "something serious and thought provoking" that was really just a derailment of plot and then they didn't have the decency to give us something fun. Sorry Bioware. I know you tried but *@#it! I can tell where you were going with this and you would have had it better; most likely.

Are you kidding me!? The pull-up thing was in there. Most likely to be down in the shuttle bay. No way! OK, so now I'm convinced they had a very different idea of what ME3 was going to be during writing and then got "all serious" and confused. LOL. This is just hilarious. I should go looking for every joke from the Citadel DLC now.

Homer Simpson showed us the solution to this one:

:D

Also, that conversation between Traynor and Chackwas (I assume), is that in Citadel? I never heard that.

Oh, the pills one? That's actually Traynor and Shep (non-romance) in the Citadel DLC in the apartment. Very similar to that dialogue. I'm guessing that it was intended between Shep and Traynor in the core game as well at some point.

Anyway, good Homer reference. I don't want to look like a freak...give me the moo-moo.
