Tutorial: Making normal maps

I found this tutorial as I was trying to learn how to make normal and specular maps with photoshop and the nvidia plugin for it. It goes into great detail (w/photos) on creating normal maps for any textures you work with. Unfortunately it had nothing on specular, but I wanted to share it with the community for anyone interested in making normals for their textures.
